Responsibilities

  • Claims Resolution: Research and resolve denied or underpaid claims, initiating corrective actions with clients and insurance agencies.
  • Communication & Coordination: Effectively communicate with clients, insurance providers, and internal teams regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
  • System Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing our billing software system and adhering to established protocols.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a billing or revenue cycle management role within the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of medical billing codes, procedures, and insurance regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
