Our client is a non-profit with a healthcare-related division that offers a very stable career and a professional work environment. They are seeking an Executive Assistant from the healthcare industry to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$75k – $110k

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant is needed to provide support for the President/CEO of this long-term organization. Strong calendar management and experience supporting board meetings and taking minutes are essential to this role. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for interacting with all stakeholders including members of the Board of Directors, staff, program participants, and community leaders setting a welcoming tone for the executive office.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
  • Calendar management & arranging travel.
  • Schedule meetings and act as the point person for distribution of materials, attendance tracking, and follow-up.
  • Organize and prepare all materials necessary for meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with team members.
  • Assist with proofreading, copy-editing, and writing needed correspondence.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
  • 5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
  • Prior experience working with a Board of Directors.
  • Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with high-level contacts inside and outside the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to work Monday – Friday in the office from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
