Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Medford, Oregon. As a COTA, you will work closely with our licensed therapists to implement and execute patient treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and execute established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Communicate with patients, families, referring physicians, and other members of the team
  • Provide timely written documentation per facility and department requirements
  • Develop and enhance clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional associations
  • Support and participate in department operations and development
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant curriculum
  • Able to practice unencumbered
  • In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
  • Working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources
  • Full knowledge of resident's rights
