Client Overview:

Our client, a prominent player in the financial services sector located in Downtown Boston, is seeking to enhance their team with a Senior Executive Assistant.

Compensation:

$32/hour

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Executive Assistant role will deliver extensive support to senior executives in the financial sector, showcasing outstanding organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong dedication to confidentiality and discretion. The Executive Assistant will aid in the creation and organization of high-level presentations and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee executive schedules, arrange appointments, and facilitate meetings
  • Draft and disseminate executive communications and reports
  • Organize and maintain documentation of meetings, notes, and other relevant information
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings
  • Gather and analyze data to assist in decision-making
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure seamless operations
  • Oversee office logistics, including supplies and equipment management
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant within a financial services environment
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with financial industry practices, regulations, and terminology
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Knowledge of financial software and data analysis tools is preferred
Educational Background:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required
