Client Overview:

Our client, a prominent player in the financial services sector located in Downtown Boston, is seeking to enhance their team with a Senior Executive Support Specialist.

Compensation:

$32/hr

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Executive Support Specialist role will deliver extensive assistance to senior executives in the financial domain, showcasing outstanding organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong dedication to confidentiality and discretion. This role involves aiding in the preparation and structuring of high-level presentations and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee executive schedules, arrange appointments, and facilitate meetings
  • Draft and disseminate executive communications and reports
  • Organize and maintain records of meetings, notes, and other relevant information
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Gather and analyze data to assist in decision-making processes
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure seamless operations
  • Handle office logistics, including supplies and equipment management
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant within a financial services environment
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with financial industry practices, regulations, and terminology
  • Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Knowledge of financial software and data analysis tools is preferred
Educational Background:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required
