Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is looking for a Client Account Manager to support our financial clients in the fast paced, highly regulated, secure communications industry.


Your Responsibilities:

Communicate directly with clients on a daily basis to manage incoming requests, changes, issues, etc. Work directly with internal departments to fulfill client's requests by desired due dates. Create detailed project specifications and manage timelines and communications related to projects. Support Client Service department needs and projects as assigned.

You Must Have:

2+ years client account management experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze technical specifications and project details Excellent organization and time management skills


We Would Also Prefer:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent Related experience in Financial or Mortgage Sector Knowledge of transactional print and/or Secure Communications Client relationship & Project management experience
