Position Overview

The role of Senior Vice President of Hotel Financial Strategy is a pivotal position that serves as a strategic ally to the Chief Operating Officer of the North America region.
  • The successful candidate will deliver strategic oversight, operational guidance, and insightful analysis to hotel operations leaders and various functional partners, ensuring informed decision-making for properties in the region.
  • This position will engage with ownership entities, asset management teams, legal advisors, insurance firms, tax professionals, auditors, and financial institutions to effectively oversee the business assets.
  • As a vital member of the core regional operations team, this role will act as the functional leader for all finance and business support teams within the hotel sector.
  • Additionally, the incumbent will provide ongoing financial and accounting expertise to the hotels, ensuring robust financial health.
  • This individual will leverage financial acumen and diverse data sources to pinpoint lucrative opportunities, foresee potential challenges, establish competitive advantages, and enhance performance across the brands and properties.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in hospitality finance and accounting within a multi-unit, multi-brand hotel framework is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • Experience in accounting, auditing, internal controls, and portfolio management, along with a proven track record in managing multiple Regional/Hotel Director of Finance roles and corporate/regional accounting teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for presentations to executives and owners.

Visa Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Compensation Range: $230,000 - $290,000 USD.
