Key Responsibilities- Oversee the operations of assigned hotels to ensure adherence to company and franchise standards and policies.
- Examine, analyze, and evaluate hotel operations to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Provide guidance and support to General Managers and other hotel staff to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Conduct regular property walk-throughs to ensure continual service standards, cleanliness, and preventative maintenance programs are in place.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit and loss statements, to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure hotel staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent guest service and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with other hotel executives and departments to develop and implement business plans, annual budgets, and forecasts.
- Act as a liaison with hotel owners and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Regional Vice President of Hotel Operations with Marriott, Hilton, or IHG branded hotels.
- Proven track record of driving excellence in guest service, hotel performance, and financial results.
- Strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire hotel staff to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including revenue management, sales and marketing, and human resources.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions with only general policies and procedures available for guidance.
