Role SummaryThis pivotal role serves as a business partner to the Chief Operating Officer for the NCA region, providing essential financial leadership and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver strategic insights and functional direction to operational leaders and partners, ensuring informed business decisions across hotels in the region.
- Engage with ownership groups, asset managers, legal advisors, insurance providers, tax consultants, auditors, and financial institutions to effectively oversee business assets.
- Act as a functional leader within the core regional operations team, overseeing all hotel finance and business support teams.
- Provide ongoing financial and accounting guidance to hotels, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Utilize financial acumen and diverse data sources to identify lucrative opportunities, foresee challenges, create competitive advantages, and enhance performance for our brands and properties.
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in hospitality finance and accounting within a multi-unit, multi-brand hotel setting is required.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
- Experience in accounting, auditing, internal controls, and portfolio management, along with a background in managing multiple Regional/Hotel Directors of Finance and corporate accounting teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presentations to executives and owners are crucial.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel as necessary to oversee regional operations.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $230,000 - $290,000 USD
