Compensation: Salary Range - $225,000 - $275,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate the execution of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, recapitalization initiatives, along with equity and debt financing.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to create pitch materials and documentation for live transactions, including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations, and prospectuses.
  • Oversee the development of comprehensive financial analyses, including valuation assessments, discounted cash flow (DCF) models, pro forma mergers, precedent transactions, and comparable company evaluations.
  • Evaluate business strategies and engage in thorough due diligence processes.
  • Foster and cultivate client relationships through effective deal execution and strategic pitching.

Candidate Profile:

  • An MBA with a minimum of 2 years of investment banking experience as an Associate, or a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional technical, written, and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proficient technical skills in valuation and financial modeling.
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior team members across multiple transactions and projects concurrently.
  • A proactive self-starter, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience in the power sector is highly desirable.
  • Possession of Series 63 and 79 licenses is preferred.
