The Senior Vice President will also function as a liaison in trading activities for clients. The primary aim of this role is to serve as a strategic consultant to our clients by developing investment strategies and facilitating capital acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Take on substantial responsibilities throughout the different stages of project and transaction execution, business development, and overall firm expansion.

+ Collaborate closely with clients on financing initiatives, steering them through the capital acquisition process, which includes leading due diligence efforts, drafting sessions, and preparing for equity or debt offerings.

+ Partner with clients, senior team members, and external advisors on mergers and acquisitions as well as special situation transactions.

+ Accountable for preparing situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, and investor and management presentations while overseeing the contributions of analysts and associates assigned to projects.

**Qualifications:**

+ 6-10 years of relevant experience.

+ Background in the Financial Services sector, particularly within Banking.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a closely related field of Business Administration.

+ MBA or Master’s degree in Business is preferred.

+ Extensive knowledge of the investment banking landscape, including related products, applicable regulations, and credit approval processes.

+ Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.

+ Experience working with large corporate clients, providing strategic advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and derivatives.

+ Series 79 and 63 certifications are preferred.

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

+ Master’s degree is preferred.
