Position Title: Construction Operations Coordinator ‐ Full Time (Bilingual Preferred)

Reports to: Director of Construction Operations

Position Summary: The ideal candidate for the Construction Operations Coordinator role will possess a proactive and positive demeanor. This individual will collaborate closely with our Project Management team, which consists of Twin Resources Executives, Project Leaders, and Site Leaders, to facilitate the daily operations of Twin Resources construction projects.

The Construction Operations Coordinator will engage in various administrative tasks related to project management, including report management, change order processing, cost oversight, and project closeouts. This role serves as the central point of contact for the project team, ensuring that Project Leaders and Site Leaders can rely on timely organization and scheduling of critical deadlines. This position is an excellent opportunity to leverage your organizational and communication skills within a collaborative environment.

Twin Resources seeks an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who is keen on understanding customer service expectations and ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations through expertise in administration and construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work Planning: Demonstrate the ability to plan and prioritize effectively. Show reliability and punctuality in all work-related commitments.

· Relationship Building: Cultivate respect through credible construction knowledge and a constructive approach to problem-solving. Develop productive relationships within the project team, with contractors, and with design teams and clients.

· Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills, including the ability to identify and understand project team requirements and engage in collaborative problem-solving. Capable of producing monthly reports, schedules, and other relevant project documentation.

· Attention to Detail: Ensure the accuracy of project documentation consistently.

· Professionalism: Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times, performing well under project constraints and deadlines.

· Technical Skills: Possess strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a working knowledge of QuickBooks software. Show willingness to test and implement new technologies as they become available.

· Numerical Skills: Exhibit solid numerical and analytical abilities, applying these skills to achieve accurate project budgeting and basic estimating for project scope changes.

Administrative Duties:

1. Project Setup: Organize folders with final approved contracts, cost sheets, and plans, ensuring all documents are accurate.

2. Field and Purchasing Packages: Prepare field packages for the department, project managers, and foremen, and create purchasing packages with necessary materials and equipment.

3. Material Management: Confirm daily material requirements for each job to maintain workflow and check in with foremen regularly.

4. Production Tracking: Monitor daily production activities and report findings for weekly updates.

5. Change Order Management: Maintain a master list of change orders, tracking unapproved, approved, and completed items.

6. Project Closeouts: Ensure timely billing notifications upon project completion and manage project closeout documentation.

· This is a salaried position with a standard work schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

· Punctuality and professional attire are essential for this role.

· Adherence to corporate policies and respectful interaction with all stakeholders is expected.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
