Role Overview:

Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in a comparable role within the construction sector.
- Expertise in commercial construction, roofing, and general contracting.
- Demonstrated success in general management, project and operations management, and budgeting.
- Skilled in contract negotiation and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and financial management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Degree in construction management, business administration, or engineering.
