KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Performance:
  • Achieves company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product knowledge with customers; assists in merchandise selection or helps locate items based on customer preferences.
  • Keeps abreast of ongoing sales promotions and maintains visual and pricing standards.
  • Upholds merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention standards, and other tasks as directed by Management.
  • Engages in visual merchandising initiatives, including monthly store setups and maintaining designated areas.

Customer Service Excellence:
  • Exemplifies and advocates for the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Addresses customer inquiries and resolves concerns promptly.
  • Facilitates a swift and efficient checkout process, staying informed on policies regarding payments, returns, and exchanges.
  • Encourages purchasing decisions at the register and meets add-on sales goals, including gift card promotions.
  • Enrolls clients in the rewards program.
  • Cultivates and maintains a loyal customer base through personalized service and styling.
  • Familiarizes with current product offerings and styles available in-store and online.
  • Maintains ongoing communication with clients through a customer engagement book.

Operational Efficiency:
  • Assists in replenishment efforts to ensure the store remains well-stocked.
  • Aids in fulfilling product locates.
  • Contributes to visual merchandising tasks, including floor setups and signage placement as instructed.
  • Supports store cleanliness and organization.

Team Collaboration and Development:
  • Encourages a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving.
  • Actively seeks opportunities for personal growth and welcomes constructive feedback.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to company-provided technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills and capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Regular attendance is essential to meet company objectives, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular climbing as part of daily responsibilities.
