- Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business results and leading high-performing teams.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Skills: Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications, internet, and email.
- Certifications: State Life and Health license, FINRA SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and Series 26 or equivalent.
