Position Overview:
This role involves collaborating closely with commercial paint clients to assess their requirements, address inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams offerings, and suggest suitable solutions. The Wholesale Customer Support Specialist is responsible for swiftly resolving any client issues and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction while staying informed about product features and maintaining the high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Assist customers both in-person and via phone by identifying their needs and presenting relevant products and services.
  • Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with wholesale clients.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
  • Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
  • Restock shelves and arrange displays to enhance product visibility.
  • Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Support delivery operations as required.
  • Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stay knowledgeable about available products and discuss options with customers.
  • Adhere to inventory control protocols.
  • Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
  • Must be capable of retrieving materials from shelves and floor stacks, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be available to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Hold at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Experience in selling paint and related products is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language is a plus.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish is beneficial.
