Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve high levels of satisfaction through effective sales techniques.
  • Assist clients both in-person and via phone by identifying their needs and presenting relevant products and services.
  • Establish and nurture productive trust-based relationships with wholesale customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain organized work order files and formulas.
  • Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications when required.
  • Restock shelves and arrange displays to enhance product visibility.
  • Ensure cleanliness of store equipment and facilities.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Support delivery operations as necessary.
  • Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and engage customers in discussions about available options.
  • Adhere to inventory control protocols.
  • Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be capable of retrieving materials from shelves and floor stacks and lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Hold at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Possess prior experience in selling paint and related products.
  • Have experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
