Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Service Representative at Jobility Talent Solutions.

About the Role:

We are a leading cancer center dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients and visitors receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and responsive guest services to patients and visitors, including assisting with wayfinding and facilitating a working relationship between patients and the organization.
  • Liaise with personnel to provide accurate answers to patients' questions and concerns.
  • Triage incoming and outgoing calls to provide positive patient relations and ensure satisfaction.
  • Help coordinate onsite visitor registration logistics and manage volunteer activities.
  • Perform light administrative duties, including scanning, copying, and ordering car services for patients.
  • Professionally research and resolve concerns by de-escalating issues.
  • Assist with monitoring visitors and support security staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Intermediate digital literacy and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use good judgment.
