Position Overview
The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for delivering outstanding service to members and visitors upon their arrival and during their interactions with the club.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with a high standard of hospitality, reflecting CMAA's commitment to excellence.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of events and gatherings throughout the club.
- Familiarize yourself with the club's schedule, event offerings, and operational hours to provide accurate information to members and guests.
- Contribute positively to the team environment and support fellow associates.
- Address member and guest inquiries or concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor while engaging with members and guests, focusing on their needs.
- Availability to work weekends during peak seasons is essential.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess experience in customer service within a membership-based organization, upscale dining establishment, luxury hotel, or high-end retail environment. They should be personable, knowledgeable, attentive, efficient, and dependable, with the ability to multitask and exercise sound judgment. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with members and guests in person, over the phone, and via email.
