POSITION SUMMARY:
The Guest Experience Coordinator is essential to the dynamic atmosphere of our venue, possessing a deep understanding of hospitality operations. This role requires proficiency with reservation systems, particularly OpenTable, and the ability to manage guest profiles and reservation books effectively. The ideal candidate will have a background in Front of House leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional service.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and enhance the concierge program to elevate guest satisfaction.
  • Lead the host, coat check, and door staff in recruitment, training, and scheduling.
  • Streamline guest flow during peak service times to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Develop and maintain reservation books to accommodate a high volume of patrons.
  • Foster strong partnerships with local hotels and booking agents.
  • Ensure all guest information is accurately updated in the database.
  • Keep all guest-facing materials current, including operational details, marketing content, and menus.
  • Engage with guests through reviews and social media to uphold a positive online presence.
  • Serve as a dependable team member who contributes to a positive work environment and supports the growth of the organization.
  • Assist in opening and closing the venue as needed in a managerial capacity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven leadership and management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of restaurant operations.
  • Expertise in restaurant technology and systems.
  • Ability to integrate quickly into a team and establish a leadership presence.
  • Skilled in identifying challenges, creating solutions, and executing tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in delegation with professionalism.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including late nights.
