Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team at The Ned NoMad. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless reservations experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Answer all incoming calls in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner, providing personalized assistance to guests and addressing their needs, preferences, and special requests with empathy and efficiency.
  • Room Inventory Management: Efficiently manage room inventory and make accurate reservations in our property management system.
  • Guest Information: Provide guests with detailed information about our hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance their experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and special requests.
  • Collaboration: Communicate with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales Team to ensure streamlined service for all guests.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
