Assistant Business Manager for Refugee Processing

Evolver Federal is looking for an Assistant Business Manager for Refugee Processing to fulfill a critical role for a prospective government client.
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Business Manager for Refugee Processing will collaborate closely with the Refugee Processing Manager to advance the mission of the Refugee Admissions Program, both internationally and domestically. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with the policies and regulations set forth by the government client while overseeing refugee case processing operations.
- Partnering with Data Analytics and software Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to pinpoint efficiencies and automation opportunities that enhance case processing productivity.
- Assisting in the management of training initiatives, change management processes, and business analysts who facilitate casework globally in line with policy and system processing requirements.
- Conducting reviews and analyses of reports, records, and directives to provide supervisors with essential data for planning refugee operations.
- Coordinating refugee operations with the START software team, including user acceptance testing, systems design, and prototype evaluations to ensure user perspectives are integrated into START system development.
- Evaluating current procedures and practices within the system to establish standards that align with quality control and configuration management protocols.
- Interpreting refugee case processing data to inform policy decisions and manage the case processing pipeline effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
- Possession of an Active Secret Clearance.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Application Processing.
- 5 years of experience collaborating with Data Analytics and software SMEs to identify efficiencies and automation opportunities.
Desirable Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in generating management, business, and technical reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in refugee processing from organizations such as DHS, Department of State/PRM, or similar entities is highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
