Position Overview

We are seeking a Management Analyst to contribute to our initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to offer strategic insights, enhance business operations, and promote organizational efficiency. Your skills in communication, data analysis, financial oversight, and contract management will be vital in delivering comprehensive solutions that drive performance and yield measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Engage with clients to comprehend their business goals, challenges, and needs.

    • Collaborate with clients to pinpoint improvement opportunities and craft customized solutions.

  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Examine and interpret data from diverse sources to derive significant insights and bolster data-driven decision-making.
    • Employ data visualization and reporting techniques to present findings clearly and effectively.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing performance and operational efficiency.
  • Contract Management and Compliance:
    • Support clients in contract management tasks, including review and compliance monitoring.
    • Formulate and execute contract management strategies to optimize vendor relationships and mitigate risks.
    • Ensure adherence to contracts, address issues or disputes, and recommend process enhancements.
  • Process Improvement and Change Management:
    • Assess existing business processes to identify opportunities for streamlining and efficiency.
    • Develop and implement initiatives for process improvement, including change management strategies and stakeholder engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process enhancements and facilitate organizational change.
  • Project Management and Deliverable Execution:
    • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution.
    • Create project plans, monitor progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
    • Provide high-quality, actionable recommendations, reports, and presentations to clients.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2-8 years of experience with a Master's degree.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in supporting process improvement or change management initiatives, demonstrating the ability to achieve project goals collaboratively.
  • Prior experience in federal management consulting or related fields.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Proven track record of managing responsibilities and adapting to evolving team and client needs.
  • Experience fostering a supportive and collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a security clearance from the U.S. government.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools like Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Support special projects for clients.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop associated tools and resources.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job aids for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist clients with operational and administrative support across various projects.
  • Help the program management team in developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to evaluate overall program performance.
  • Assist senior management in strategic planning and organizational transformation initiatives.
