About the Role

The US LBM Business Process Lead for CPQ will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our CPQ system to support sales operations and drive business growth. This person will be responsible for building standard business processes, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the CPQ platform, as well as providing support to users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Maintain CPQ System: Ensure the system is aligned with business requirements and sales processes.
  • Provide Day-to-Day Support: Troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on system usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and improvements, and develop solutions to optimize the CPQ platform.
  • Manage Integrations: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, and troubleshoot integration issues as needed.
  • Develop Training Materials: Create user guides, process documentation, and training sessions to support CPQ users.
  • Conduct Testing and Validation: Ensure accuracy and functionality of system changes, enhancements, and new features.
  • Support Users: Provide transaction assists and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Analyze and Catalog Business Processes: Serve as a reference for current and future project efforts.
  • Negotiate Process Changes: Influence applicable USLBM leadership to foster the acceptance and buy-in of required process changes.
  • Maintain Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on benchmark business practices and industry trends.
  • Measure Impact: Capture and maintain before and after financial and operational metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years proven experience as a CPQ Analyst or similar role, with expertise in configuring and supporting CPQ software.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
