Job Overview

Esphera Concepts LLC is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting the evaluation and optimization of business operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of senior management, the Business Process Analyst will:

  • Assist in the assessment and enhancement of organizational performance metrics to align with strategic objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics and technology to facilitate project delivery and policy development.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of performance activities.
  • Provide comprehensive support in quality control, logistics, and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Engage in the management of information systems and records to streamline processes.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, program management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in performance management or systems analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly SharePoint and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing reports for senior management.
  • A solid understanding of administrative laws and policies relevant to business operations.
Position Details

This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence. Occasional travel may be necessary.
