Position Overview

We are seeking a Management Analyst to provide strategic insights and enhance organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with clients to offer strategic guidance, refine business processes, and drive overall performance. Your skills in communication, data analysis, financial oversight, and contract management will be essential in delivering comprehensive solutions that yield measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Understand client objectives, challenges, and requirements through active engagement.
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
    • Collaborate with clients to identify improvement opportunities and craft tailored solutions.
    • Support strategic policy evaluations and program development.
    • Facilitate coordination among various projects to ensure quality outcomes and progress toward strategic goals.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Analyze data from multiple sources to extract valuable insights for informed decision-making.

  • Contract Management and Compliance:
    • Assist clients with contract management, including reviews and compliance monitoring.

  • Process Improvement and Change Management:
    • Evaluate current business processes to identify opportunities for streamlining and efficiency.

  • Project Management and Deliverable Execution:

Required Qualifications

  • 3-10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2-8 years with a Master's degree.
  • A minimum of three years in process improvement or change management initiatives, demonstrating collaborative project success.
  • Experience in federal management consulting or related fields.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of growth in responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a security clearance from the U.S. government.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools like Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint for data analysis and recommendations.
  • Support special projects for clients.
  • Identify improvement areas and develop relevant tools and resources.
