Position Overview:

The Customer Service Support III role is pivotal in overseeing the daily functions and profitability of our retail locations, which are part of CNG Holdings, Inc. This position entails responsibility for site management, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and leadership at the store level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate and assist customers regarding our diverse product offerings, ensuring they are informed about all available options that cater to their needs.
  • Engage with customers using effective listening techniques to confirm or clarify details and to resolve any complaints.
  • Refer unresolved issues to the District Director of Operations and Corporate Office as necessary.
  • Provide accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries, applications, requests, and sales in compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
  • Manage cash handling duties, including operating a cash drawer, processing deposits, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
  • Balance cash receipts with sales reports at the end of each day and assist in resolving any discrepancies.
  • Conduct customer verifications to confirm the accuracy of provided information.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives to help the store meet its performance metrics.
  • Maintain staff schedules and provide support across various locations within the district.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new Customer Service Representatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
  • Preferred: 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess reliable transportation and maintain a valid Driver's License and Automobile Insurance.

Physical Requirements:

This role may involve working in a call center, retail, or office environment, requiring extensive cash handling, prolonged phone usage, and standing for extended periods. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.

Travel Requirements:

Travel to various stores within the assigned district is necessary, which may include overnight stays.
