Position Overview:

This role is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity, requiring in-office work for the initial five months, followed by eligibility for a hybrid work arrangement.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with operational hours from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM Central Time. Some Saturday shifts may be necessary.

Role Summary:

The Customer Support Specialist is integral to our contact center, assisting clients through both inbound and outbound communications. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, showcasing meticulous attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and robust problem-solving abilities. The primary objective is to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience via incoming calls in a high-volume, automated contact center.
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Establish rapport with customers, addressing their needs with empathy and exceeding their expectations.
  • Utilize multiple systems and applications to research and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain high performance and quality standards in service delivery.
  • Analyze customer information to make informed decisions and resolve issues while ensuring a positive interaction.
  • Learn and understand the basic principles of personal lines insurance and the products offered to our clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners to enhance the customer experience.
  • Be available to work 40 hours a week during scheduled shifts, including potential overtime and weekend work.
  • Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience in a high-volume contact center environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications and capable of multitasking.
  • Demonstrates accountability in all responsibilities.
