Role Overview:

The Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist is tasked with managing a diverse range of inbound inquiries from our customers regarding their Intoxalock ignition interlock devices. The primary goal of this position is to resolve issues on the first call while educating customers about the regulations that pertain to their ignition interlock device requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information utilizing appropriate tools and methods.
  • Process customer payments as necessary.
  • Address customer complaints and offer suitable solutions within the scope of the role.
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Promote the latest products and services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
