Role Overview:

The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist is tasked with managing a variety of incoming inquiries from our clients regarding their Intoxalock ignition interlock devices. The primary goal of this position is to resolve issues on the first call while educating customers about the regulations that pertain to their interlock device requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Process customer payments as necessary.
  • Address customer complaints and offer suitable solutions within the scope of your role.
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.
  • Promote the latest products and services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent phone handling skills and active listening capabilities.
