Insurance Customer Support Specialist - Licensed
We are seeking a committed and approachable individual to join our team as an Insurance Customer Support Specialist. This role is essential for delivering outstanding service to our clients and policyholders. Candidates with prior experience in insurance customer support and a valid Property and Casualty License are encouraged to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage concerns, and general questions with a high level of professionalism.
- Accurately implement policy changes and updates based on the information provided.
- Confirm customer coverage and prepare necessary documentation.
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately.
- Remain knowledgeable about new insurance offerings and marketing initiatives.
- Address complaints and issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
- Property and Casualty License is mandatory.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance customer support is preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance products and policy details is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
- Experience with AMES 360 and ImageRight is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
