POSITION SUMMARY:

The Customer Support Specialist will play a vital role in assisting the Insight Global staffing team in identifying and interviewing potential candidates for various positions.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team focused on enhancing processes related to candidate sourcing, application evaluation, and streamlining operations. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through internal and external resume databases, utilizing referrals, and more. Once candidates are identified, you will reach out to them via phone or in-person to inform them about the opportunity, conduct preliminary phone screenings, and ensure a premium candidate experience to facilitate their formal application.

This position requires onsite presence five days a week, with a standard schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the guidance of a member of the Insight Global Staffing team, you will:

  • Search for new candidates that align with the provided job specifications.
  • Assist recruiters and hiring specialists in posting job openings on various platforms, including job boards and community events.
  • Screen resumes from databases and applications to identify candidates who meet the essential qualifications.
  • Conduct brief phone screening conversations as needed.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant statuses and ensure timely communication with all candidates.
  • Support the organization of onsite hiring events and meet-and-greet sessions for candidates.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and facilitate the background screening process for selected candidates.
  • Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • An associate's degree or equivalent experience; a minimum of one year in a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in high-touch customer service and follow-up.
  • Preferred experience in warehouse recruiting or recruiting support; general recruiting support will also be considered.
  • Experience with Oracle or other applicant tracking systems is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in mining candidate resume databases and conducting phone screenings is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel, along with strong internet research skills.
  • A sense of humor, as this role can involve managing competing priorities.

Qualified candidates must be effective communicators who are comfortable engaging over the phone and possess strong technical skills, including proficiency with internet data research and mobile communication.
