Job Overview:

We are currently seeking several Bilingual Customer Support Specialists who will serve as the initial point of contact for individuals who have experienced workplace injuries. Your role will involve actively listening and collecting pertinent information from the injured party, their employer, or a close associate, and accurately entering this information into our system to facilitate their access to essential medical care.

Work Schedule:

We offer a range of part-time and full-time shifts available from 5 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. There is also the potential for unlimited overtime, and with relevant experience, remote work options may be available. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality customer service via telephone and email, managing both inbound and outbound communications.
  2. Respond to daily emails and correspondence promptly.
  3. Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
  4. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proficient in computer usage and technical skills, particularly with MS Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
  4. High school diploma or equivalent.
  5. Prior customer service experience.
  6. Demonstrated strong and consistent work history.
  7. Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Your role will involve addressing inquiries from clients, patients, and providers through various communication channels, ensuring compliance with contractual and state guidelines as well as client instructions.
