Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the insurance sector is essential
  • Experience in a high-volume call center is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is mandatory
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft and Google Suite

Daily Responsibilities:

The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will assist customers through inbound and outbound communications. Ideal candidates will excel in a dynamic environment, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills. The primary objective is to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering superior customer service via phone in a fast-paced, automated contact center
  • Managing customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Building rapport with customers and addressing their needs with empathy and respect
