Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Sales and Business Development Experience: A track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the packaging and foam fabrication industries.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business principles, including financial analysis, market research, and strategic planning.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
