Hazen and Sawyer is a leading engineering firm specializing in water-focused projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative professional to join our team as a Senior Proposal Coordinator.

Job Summary

The Senior Proposal Coordinator will work closely with our pursuit teams to develop high-quality business proposals and presentations that showcase our expertise and capabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of the AEC industry and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technical staff to prepare comprehensive and compliant proposal narratives and presentations.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to develop effective proposal strategies and storyboards.
  • Distribute action items and monitor task completion to ensure timely delivery of proposals.
  • Write proposal sections and develop creative content to showcase our expertise and capabilities.
  • Work closely with our pursuit teams to deliver high-quality proposals that meet client needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in the AEC industry.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into digestible formats.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
