We are seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President, Business Development and Growth to lead strategic growth initiatives and drive new business for the Wholesale division of our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities in the Wholesale merchandise market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sports teams, venues, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Wholesale merchandise market.
- Develop and present business cases and proposals to senior leadership and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Monitor and analyze business development metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development and strategic analysis, preferably in the sports and entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of developing and closing new account business and meeting sales objectives.
- Industry credibility allowing for quick access to key constituencies.
- Strong verbal and presentation skills; able to tell compelling stories and be a persuasive presenter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to initiate and develop personal and professional relationships in the industry.
