Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
As the People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the Human Resources department, providing expert HR support throughout the organization. Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing company culture and employee engagement.
  • Managing employee benefits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conducting workforce planning and performance management initiatives.
  • Facilitating training and development programs.
  • Leading a dedicated team comprising a Trainer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and HR Specialist.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of comprehensive experience in human resources.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to prioritize and delegate tasks appropriately.
  • Compliance with licensing, contractual, and other mandated state requirements.
  • Capability to pass background checks and maintain necessary training certifications.
  • Proficiency in operating computers and navigating Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • The physical ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move intermittently during working hours.
  • The capacity to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Functional sight and hearing, or the use of prosthetic services to enable these senses.

This position is office-based and operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
