Job Overview

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC is a leading strategic services provider dedicated to fulfilling IT and service requirements for both commercial and governmental entities. We are currently in search of a full-time Administrative Manager to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The Administrative Manager will be tasked with gathering and evaluating data, as well as establishing and maintaining effective filing and retrieval systems. This role includes providing comprehensive administrative support through research, preparation of statistical reports, and managing information requests. Additionally, routine administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, welcoming visitors, coordinating conference calls, and organizing meetings will be part of the responsibilities. The individual will oversee the activities of junior staff and/or manage the contributions of all personnel assigned to specific projects.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in specialized administrative support within a Navy acquisition program or equivalent experience with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.
  • Familiarity with the Navy Correspondence Manual in relation to assigned responsibilities.
  • Expertise in developing and sustaining an organized filing system.
  • Ability to prepare reports through data collection and analysis.
  • Competence in researching and directing correspondence.
  • Skill in drafting letters and official documents.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing information while initiating telecommunications.
  • Maintaining records of correspondence, directives, instructions, and other essential publications.
  • Creating, maintaining, and auditing personnel records and action requests.
  • Managing and reconciling expense reports.
  • Assisting in the preparation, maintenance, and submission of necessary administrative reports and other correspondence.
  • Updating and managing Organizational Charts using Visio and SharePoint.

Qualifications:

  • An Associate's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative client support.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Capacity to learn and apply administrative support principles to assigned tasks.
