Position Summary:
As the Spa Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Spa team, ensuring that our guests enjoy an unparalleled wellness experience. Your organizational skills will be essential in managing appointments, guest check-ins, and retail operations. A friendly and proactive attitude is crucial as you address guest concerns and implement effective solutions.

  • Daily Operations: Ensure the spa and fitness areas are ready for opening and closing each day.
  • Facility Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facilities, ensuring all amenities are functioning properly.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule all spa services, including a la carte options and packages.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Director of Wellness with various administrative tasks, including using spa management software, inventory control, and answering inquiries.
  • Efficiency Oversight: Monitor the effectiveness of spa operations at the front desk, adjusting schedules as necessary.
  • Billing Assistance: Help with billing processes for spa services and retail transactions, including receipt preparation.
  • Software Proficiency: Be well-versed in spa management software and provide training as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Support inventory checks and cost control measures.
  • Team Monitoring: Assist in evaluating the performance of Spa Reception and Locker Room staff.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a luxury hotel, spa, or high-end retail environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with a positive and compassionate approach.
  • The ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Trustworthiness in handling confidential guest information.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards both guests and team members.
