Position Summary

In this role, you will ensure an exceptional partner experience by concentrating on transactional quoting, partner engagement, and the overall growth of the sales funnel. You will align the necessary resources to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at reducing partner wait times and increasing transactional revenue while emphasizing the partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Channel Sales RVPs and Regional Channel Directors alongside a cross-functional leadership team to define market strategies, sales objectives, and growth targets with transactional partners.
  • Proactively engage new agent relationships from a designated list of potential transactional agents.
  • Educate and coach sales agents on Nitel products, processes, and procedures to enhance their effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Work closely with Regional Channel Directors and partners to identify and leverage sales opportunities for partner development.
  • Oversee transactional quoting processes for our partners.
  • Maintain continuous communication with transactional partners.
  • Identify and manage partner requests for quotes while collaborating with partners to facilitate business closure.
  • Coordinate seamless transitions for larger, more strategic deals requiring comprehensive input.
  • Participate in sales discussions with end users to assess and present Nitel solutions.
  • Collaborate with RCDs to drive complex solutions to successful closure.
  • Engage with various departments to guarantee service delivery and ongoing satisfaction for sales agents and customers.
  • Support the onboarding process for new partners as necessary.
  • Assist in resolving any jeopardy situations as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the telecommunications or high-tech sector with strong technical aptitude.
  • At least 2 years of experience in channel sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
  • Possess creative and strategic thinking abilities with sound business acumen.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and training experience are advantageous.
