Position Overview:
The role of Client Value Partner (CVP) is a vital addition to our Value Engineering team, significantly contributing to Celonis' growth strategy. As a CVP, you will lead our initiative for data-driven business transformation with our most strategic clients.
Your responsibilities will include managing extensive teams of Celonis experts to ensure the success and satisfaction of our premier customers as they realize value through Celonis.
The CVP will serve as the primary accountable lead and trusted advisor, focused on delivering value for a select group of clients. This entails engaging with C-Level Executives to collaboratively define a long-term vision for leveraging Celonis to transform their operations while mobilizing the necessary resources.
In partnership with our cross-functional teams, you will drive measurable business impact across various sectors and expedite the adoption of our platform.
The CVP will also advocate for transformational initiatives within Celonis and client accounts, promoting innovation and strategic change to maximize value and facilitate business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Act as the accountable program lead and engagement manager, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, and aligning Celonis with their strategic goals.
- Driving Customer Value: Oversee the complete customer value journey, ensuring high-quality project execution, client satisfaction, and achievement of usage and adoption targets.
- Community Engagement: Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry-specific challenges, creating a structured feedback loop to enhance products and services.
- Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring alignment of product development with industry needs and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a strong background in managing large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering initiatives.
Successful candidates will have the ability to navigate complex global organizations and influence stakeholders through data-driven insights. A consultative approach when engaging with senior executives is essential, along with a collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
Additionally, candidates should be self-motivated, proactive team players who thrive in fast-paced environments and are willing to travel as needed.
