Position Overview: We are seeking a Partner Engagement Manager to join our dynamic Operations team. This role is essential for managing our non-enterprise accounts and ensuring our partners achieve success. The Partner Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in facilitating efficient onboarding processes, addressing partner concerns, and guaranteeing outstanding service for our shared customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Readiness: Oversee all aspects of partner launch preparations, ensuring alignment with operational standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial and Partnerships teams to foster strong relationships with partners, ensuring they understand and adopt operational processes.
- Account Management: Manage partner agreements and documentation, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Continuously assess partner servicing performance, utilizing data to drive improvements in product and service delivery.
What We Offer: At Rocketmiles, we provide a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary starting at $70,000, performance bonuses, a 401k plan with matching contributions, flexible vacation policies, and comprehensive health and dental insurance.
About You: The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in partner or account management, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis tools such as Superset or SQL.
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
- A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and collaboration.
