  • As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing Workday's partner ecosystem through targeted marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with partners to design and implement co-marketing initiatives that drive demand, elevate brand visibility, and boost pipeline development.
  • Create and execute detailed partner marketing strategies that align with Workday's overarching marketing goals and business targets.
  • Work in conjunction with various teams, including partner management, product marketing, demand generation, and sales, to ensure the successful rollout of partner marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with significant partners to assess their marketing requirements, pinpoint co-marketing prospects, and craft joint marketing campaigns.
  • Effectively manage partner marketing budgets and resources to optimize return on investment and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives, offering insights and suggestions for ongoing enhancement.
  • Act as a reliable consultant to partners, providing expertise on marketing best practices, campaign execution, and optimization techniques.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
  • Over 15 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance management within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective partner marketing programs that contribute to pipeline growth and revenue generation.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to cultivate and sustain relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Compensation: The expected pay range for this position is $47/hour - $65/hour.
