Partner Engagement Manager

In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison for Sky Mavis's network partners, overseeing the daily operations and facilitating launches in new regions while nurturing ongoing partnerships.
This role demands a combination of program oversight, relationship cultivation, innovative thinking, business insight, and teamwork.You will collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, and Product Management to establish robust partner governance frameworks, enhance performance, and monitor the vitality of these relationships.
As a Partner Engagement Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Expanding the business through effective relationship management and clear communication with partners to ensure mutual awareness of business developments.
- Creating co-marketing initiatives, coordinating their execution, and assessing their effectiveness.
- Collaborating with partners to enhance transfer success rates by scrutinizing partner data to identify strategies that mitigate issues or declines.
- Ensuring partner accountability through contract renewals, service level agreements (SLAs), due diligence, and regular business reviews.
- Enhancing system reliability and incident response through well-defined escalation procedures.
- Managing correspondence and tracking follow-ups to ensure closure on all matters.
- Working with colleagues to facilitate seamless market entries and reduce customer acquisition costs through joint marketing efforts.
- Reviewing partner invoices for accuracy and compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3-5 years of experience in partner relations, vendor management, or customer success roles.
- A proven track record of building and sustaining relationships with partners to drive performance enhancements and broaden capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and foster accountability around objectives, success metrics, and timelines.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the aptitude to coordinate execution and governance across various partners and priorities.
- A proactive approach, with demonstrated success in process improvement.
- Solid analytical skills, along with proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Sheets) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), with data visualization skills (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI) considered a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline; an MBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in the fintech, payments, or money transfer sectors is encouraged.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in formulating service level agreements and ensuring partner compliance.
- Experience in orchestrating co-marketing strategies.
- Experience in reviewing partner contracts and addendums.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
