Role Purpose:
As a pivotal member of our HR team, you will serve as the primary HR representative for our hourly workforce at our manufacturing facility. Your role will be crucial in fostering a supportive work environment and ensuring seamless communication between employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide guidance and support to employees and management on matters related to employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
2. Enhance employee engagement and drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR policies.
3. Oversee the implementation of HR projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and thorough documentation.
4. Administer the medical accommodation process in compliance with applicable laws.
5. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, collaborating with safety, quality, and operational teams.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience in employee relations, including investigations and performance management.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Workday, is essential.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making.
- Ability to design and assess the effectiveness of organizational initiatives.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is between $67,000 and $100,500, reflecting various factors such as experience and qualifications.
Incentives:
This position is eligible for bonuses and long-term incentives.
