Job Summary

Arista Networks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our Enterprise Sales team in the West Los Angeles County - Orange County area. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted account plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, marketing, and product management, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Provide sales leadership and guidance to sales teams to ensure they are equipped to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience with a focus on developing large enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of networking and data center solutions.
