Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for ServiceNow's Low Code & Intelligent Automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with product teams and sales divisions to enhance market awareness and drive growth.
  • Create compelling narratives and customer experiences that align with product marketing strategies.
  • Translate complex product offerings into clear, actionable insights for marketing and sales teams.
  • Lead the development of unique messaging and positioning for Creator Workflows across various teams.
  • Design innovative sales and marketing content to boost customer engagement and market presence.
  • Provide training and resources to sales teams to effectively communicate the value of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Engage with industry analysts to promote our value proposition and vision.
  • Represent ServiceNow at industry events, advocating for our differentiation in Low Code & Intelligent Automation.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing, particularly in enterprise software.
  • Proven track record in creating insightful, content-driven marketing and sales enablement materials.
  • A results-oriented mindset with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth understanding of the needs of IT, App Development, and Automation leaders across various sectors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
