Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for current and future products in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead product management efforts throughout the product lifecycle, utilizing customer feedback and performance metrics to prioritize product development.
  • Create a customer-centric product vision and roadmap.
  • Strategically plan product initiatives from conception through to support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and assess impactful features.
  • Manage the product backlog and coordinate with various teams to maximize customer value.
  • Conduct market analysis and engage with industry stakeholders to stay informed on trends and customer needs.
  • Analyze customer insights to foster product innovation and meet specific requirements.
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies for successful product launches.
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and client services teams in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in strategic-level Product Management (Senior PM or Director of PM) with a focus on accounts payable automation within the retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors.
