Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Product Leadership:
  • Develop and direct the overarching product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands. Your vision will serve as the guiding principle for our product development initiatives, steering us towards industry leadership.

  • Customer Advocate:

  • Collaborative Partner:
    • Engage closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other essential stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution of product strategies. You will orchestrate collaboration across departments, ensuring that all elements of the organization work in unison to deliver exceptional products.
  • Product Lifecycle Manager:
    • Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from concept through launch and subsequent evaluation. Your expertise in managing and refining this process will be crucial for delivering high-quality products on schedule and within budget.
  • Data-Driven Strategist:

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Product Expertise: Extensive background in product management, with a comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle from inception to market success.
  • Visionary Thinking: Capability to perceive the broader landscape and align product strategies with organizational goals. You are a leader who can anticipate market trends and adapt our product offerings accordingly.
  • Customer Insight: Profound understanding of customer requirements and the ability to translate those insights into successful products.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong capability to analyze data and utilize it to inform product strategies.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and scaling product teams, with successful product launches.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience with a successful product track record is also considered valuable.
  • Certifications in Product Management, Agile methodologies, or Design Thinking are advantageous.

Experience Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products in dynamic sectors such as SaaS, fintech, or consumer technology.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C contexts is beneficial.
